The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed by this Court dated 18.02.2014 in W.P.No.16950 of 2013, has filed the present contempt petition.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that in compliance of the order passed by this Court, the District Education Officer, Kancheepuram has passed a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5471/A1/2019 dated 14.07.2021 and he has also produced a copy of the said proceedings, which is taken on file and recorded.
