Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, call for the records of the proceeding dated 15.06.2019 and bearing C.No.66/Kaa.Thu.Ka/Koo.U/2019 on the file of the third respondent and to quash the same as illegal and unconstitutional, and to consequently direct the first, second, third and fourth respondents to grant permission to the petitioner and his party members to conduct public meeting and to show our protest against a soon-to-start hydrocarbon extraction project in Marakanam, Sannadhi Street, Anna Thidal on 07.07.2019 at 5:00 PM.
