PARTHIBAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.5588 of 2018 IN CRL RC.462/2018 RAMESH KUMAR JAIN [ PETITIONER ] Vs MR.SURESH KUMAR GOUD [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to execution of the sentence passed against the petitioner in C.C.No.3844/2009 the Judgement dated 22/09/2017 passed by the Honble Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-I, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai-600 003 and confirmed in C.A.No.315 of 2017 by the Honble XV Additional Sessions Court, Chennai be suspended and the petitioner to be released on bail, pending disposal of the above appeal Crl.R.C.No.462 of 2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.ARVIND KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The sentence passed against the petitioner in C.C.No.3844/2009 dated 22.09.2017, by the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court1, Egmore at Allikulam, Chennai 600 003, be suspended on condition that the petitioner shall deposit 50% of the cheque amount in respect of the Revision Petition, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order to the credit of the above said lower Court.

2. Post the Criminal Revision Petition for hearing after four weeks.
