O R D E R

Though this writ petition is filed challenging the order of transfer passed by the respondent, the learned senior counsel for the petitioner would submit that after passing the impugned order, the petitioner submitted his representations dated 29.10.2015 and 30.10.2015 to the respondent as well as to the Deputy Inspector General of Police, Thanjavur and the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation.

2.Heard the submissions of Mr.K.Venkataramani, Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3.This Court, taking into consideration the submissions of learned senior counsel and without going into the merits of the same, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondent by enclosing a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the said representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
