ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) The main ground on which the review is sought for is that the amendment to Fundamental Rule 86 of the Tamil Nadu Fundamental Rules was not brought to the notice of this Court when the final order was passed on 06.02.2023 in W.A.No.579 of 2020. The amendment to FR.86 was brought in on 07.09.2022 and this ground was very much available when the final order was passed in the Writ Appeal on 06.02.2023.

2. Having failed to raise this ground in the Writ Appeal, the same cannot now be canvassed in a Review Application, since the same is barred by the principles of constructive res judicata. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
