ORDER

The Civil Revision petition has been filed by the tenant/petitioner herein, challenging the judgment and decree of the Lower Appellate Court in R.C.A.No.9 of 2011 on the file of Sub

Court/Rent Control Appellate Authority, Poonamallee, which confirms the eviction order passed in R.C.O.P.No.71 of 2009 on the file of District Munsif and Rent Controller, Ambattur.

2. The petitioner herein/tenant has filed an undertaking affidavit before this Court stating that he would vacate the premises on or before 28.02.2017. He also undertakes to pay the old rent of Rs.1,050/- per month in two days. The said undertaking affidavit is recorded.

3. The Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of in terms of the undertaking affidavit. The undertaking affidavit shall form a part of the order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
