ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] In continuation and in conjunction with the earlier orders passed, the extension has been sought for once again on the premise that the treatment for the fourth stage cancer in the thoracic region is still on.

2. This factum is not disputed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
