Seeking a direction to the respondent to register the case based on the complaint dated 05.11.2014 and investigate in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that the complaint given by the petitioner dated 05.11.2014 was closed by the respondent police for non co-operation on the part of the petitioner. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the investigation and the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and act in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
