Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the representation dated 24.09.2015 and grant patta to the petitioners for the property admeasuring an extent of 600 Sq.ft., 2310 Sq.ft., 1700 Sq.ft.,600 Sq.ft., 598 1/2 Sq.ft., and 900 Sq.ft. respectively out of 2 acres and 68 cents in S.No.15/2, situates at Krishnapuram Village, Ginjee, Villupuram District. COMMON ORDER Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents 1 and 2. Ms.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the third respondent. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The petitioners have come up with the above writ petitions seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct respondents 1 and 2 to consider their representations for the grant of patta.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the third respondent submits that in a batch of cases, already the Honourable First Bench of this Court dismissed all the writ petitions and pursuant to the direction issued, eviction notices have been issued on 7.10.2015.

4. In view of the said submission, all the above writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the above MPs are also dismissed.
