ILANTHIRAIYAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.9564 of 2022 IN CRL.O.P.No.8301 of 2021 VIMAL KUMAR DANGRA [ PETITIONER / ACCUSED NO.1 ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, C-2, ELEPHANT GATE POLICE STATION, CHENNAI (CRIME NO.42 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on him in Crl.MP.No.7178 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.8301 of 2021 dated 29.07.2021 i.e. Petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly i.e on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m.
, till filing that of the charge sheet, and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SELVAKUMARASWAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8301 of 2021 on 29.07.2021 to appear before the respondent police on every 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. till filing charge sheet.
2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
