ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the third respondent to take appropriate action by considering his representation dated 14.02.2018. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he had obtained a property situated in Kollakkaravadi Village comprised in S.F. No.28/1A to an extent of 17 cents out of 7.41 acres through Settlement Deed vide document No.2749/1973. According to him, he has sold 2068 sq.ft. out of 17 cents in favour of the fourth https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent and he has been enjoying the remaining property of 121⁄4 of vacant land. While so, the fourth respondent had obtained a bogus patta in S.F. No.28/1A and based on the same, he has been attempting to disturb his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property. In this regard, the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents, but the same has not been considered by them. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court seeking the above prayer.
3.When the claim made by the petitioner shows that the fourth respondent has encroached his property, the petitioner has to work out his remedy by approaching the Civil Court. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the competent Civil Court, if so advised. No costs.
