ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to direct the respondent to register the complaint, dated 02.03.2015, alleged to have been given by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner has squarely conceded that on 02.03.2015 the petitioner has given a complaint in question, wherein certain allegations have been made so as to constitute the offences mentioned therein, but the respondent has not registered the same so far. Under the said circumstances, the present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought for therein.

3. As a repartee, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has contended that necessary direction can be given to the respondent to register the complaint dated 02.03.2015, if cognizable offences are made out. Further it is represented that the petitioner has also given a similar complaint and the same has been disposed of by way of saying that there is no merit.

5. In fine, the criminal original petition is disposed of as stated above.
