(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH.,J) This petition has been filed on the premise that the co-detenu has been released.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detention order passed against those persons were in the month of March, 2020.

3. In such view of the matter, there is no basis for filing this petition.

However, considering the facts of the case particularly, the co-detenu in the ground case got the detention order set aside, we are inclined to take up the HCP for final hearing during the first week of January, 2021. Post the HCP for final hearing on 04.01.2021.
