(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to execute the sureties imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.12450 of 2020, order dated 06.09.2020.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court within two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner shall stand automatically cancelled.

3. With the above observation, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
