ORDER

The wife seeks transfer of M.C.No.48 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court at Salem to the Family Court, Namakkal.

2. The wife is a resident of Suramangalam in Salem and the husband is a resident of Chennai. The original proceedings in the Hindu Marriage Act between the parties have been directed to be transferred to the Family Court, Namakkal by a Division bench of this Court while disposing the CMA No.375 of 2021. The transfer is sought for based on the aforesaid order of the Division Bench.

3. Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for transfer of M.C.No.48 of 2019 pending on the file of the Family Court, Salem to the Family Court, Namakkal to be tried along with FCOP Nos.26 of 2018 and 160 of 2017 which have been transferred to the Family Court Namakkal.

4. Considering the above statements made by the learned counsels, this transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

M.C.No.48 of 2019 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Salem and transferred to the Family Court, Namakkal. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
