ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 17.02.2012 alleged to have been given by the petitioner.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended that on 17.02.2012, the petitioner has given a complaint wherein certain allegations have been made so as to constitute some cognizable offences. But the respondents have not registered the same. Under the said circumstances, the present petition has been filed for getting the relief sought for therein. 3.

The learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has contended that the respondents can be directed to look into the complaint dated 17.02.2012 and further direction may also be given against them, if cognizable offences are made out. 4.

Considering the rival submissions made on either side, the Court can issue the following direction:

In fine, the respondents are directed to look into the complaint dated 17.02.2012 and register the same, if cognizable offences are made out and also direct to proceed further. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
