ORDER

The petitioner filed a Writ Petition for non disbursement of the retirement benefit for which he made representation on 12.12.2018. However, till date the representation was not considered, hence the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents would submit that though the entire benefits has already been settled as early as in the year 2017 itself and no dues is pending.

However, consider the petitioner representation in the manner known to law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the aforesaid direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
