Respondent(s) PRAYER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondents in connection with the impugned order issued by the 1st respondent in No.M/XP.227/CSK/92 dt 21.12.1992, the 2nd respondent in No.1/99 dt 07.01.1999 and the 3rd respondent in No.X/P.227/CSK/MAS dt 19.10.2009 and No.X/P 227/CSK/MAS dt 12.12.2014 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits.

ORDER

It is seen from the records that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.09.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be listed today, under the caption ''for dismissal''. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner.

2.It appears that the petitioner is not evinced any interest to prosecute

this case. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution.
