Seeking a direction to the respondent police i.e., Inspector of Police, Puzhal Police Station to register the complaint dated 13.11.2014 and to file F.I.R., and start investigation immediately, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that the complaint given by the petitioner dated 13.11.2014 was closed by the respondent police for non co-operation on the part of the petitioner. 4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the investigation and the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and act in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
