Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.
On a reading of the complaint dated 27.06.2016 given by the petitioner, it is seen that the petitioner's son died on 13.06.2011 and that he suspects some foul play in the death of his son.

fit case to order for registration of F.I.R. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
