PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in relation to the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.2472/E11/2013 dated 5.8.2013 by the 4th respondent and in Na.Ka.No.262/2013 dated 18.10.2013 issued by the 6th respondent and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to restore the selection grade scale of pay to the petitioner in pay band of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade pay 5400m with effect from 1.1.2006 with monetary benefits from 1.1.2011 and to grant special grade scale of pay with consequential benefits.

The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records in relation to the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.2472/E11/2013 dated 5.8.2013 by the 4th respondent and in Na.Ka.No.262/2013 dated 18.10.2013 issued by the 6th respondent and quash the same and issue a consequential direction to the respondents to restore the selection grade scale of pay to the petitioner in pay band of Rs.15600-39100 + Grade pay 5400m with effect from 1.1.2006 with monetary benefits from 1.1.2011 and to grant special grade scale of pay with consequential benefits.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
