Mr.S.Raveekumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions, since the petitioner has decided to settle the matter under the 'Samadhan Scheme' and also made an endorsement in the case bundle to the following effect: "May be permitted to withdraw to approach under Settlement Scheme"
