Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to extend the time passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6794 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020 that the petitioners are directed to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, within a period of fifteen days after lifting of lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur.

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6794 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020

2. The petitioners were earlier granted Anticipatory Bail on 30.04.2020. Thereafter, they did not surrender before the concerned Court and thereby the earlier order has lapsed. Subsequently, the petitioners were granted Anticipatory Bail in Crl.O.P.No.6794 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020. Even thereafter, the petitioners have not surrendered before the concerned Court. As per the order, the petitioners have to surrender within a period of fifteen days, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail would stand automatically dismissed.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
