O R D E R
The petitioner challenges the order of transfer dated 30.12.2014 transferring him from Ammapalayam Government Primary Health Centre to Government Head Quarters Hospital at Perambalur.
2. According to the petitioner, pursuant to his request, he was transferred from Government Head Quarters Hospital at Perambalur to Ammapalayam Government Primary Health Centre. He is once again transferred to the very same hospital. The petitioner has raised so many contentions to justify his contention that it would not be possible for him to work at Government Head Quarters Hospital, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. When it was pointed out to the learned counsel for the petitioner that transfer was pursuant to his request, the learned counsel submitted that the petitioner should be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to submit a representation for cancellation of the transfer order.
4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to submit a representation after joining at the transferred place. If any such representation is given, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the 1st respondent on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
