O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12027 of 2020 dated 20.08.2020, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12027 of 2020 on 20.08.2020, regularly and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P No.12027 of 2020 dated 20.08.2020, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
