[Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.] This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 29 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by relying upon the memo filed on behalf of the petitioner dated 18.07.2025 that R2 & R3 are not necessary parties and they are only formal parties, therefore he wants to erase from the array of parties as the only contesting respondent is R1.

3. Recording the memo filed by the petitioner's side, R2 & R3 are removed from the array of parties.

4. Mr.N.Ramesh, learned Special Public Prosecutor takes notice for the first respondent and he has no serious objection.

5. Since the delay is 29 days, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are inclined to allow this petition and accordingly, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
