ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to consider his representation, dated 27.1.2015, to re-instate him with all other consequential benefits.

2. Mr.S.Muthuraj, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondents and submitted that the second respondent may be directed to dispose of the representation within a stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and taking into account the limited prayer sought for in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.1.2015 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observation. No costs.
