This petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners 1 to 5 herein, who are the legal heirs of the deceased P.Marquis, as the petitioners 2 to 6 in the writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any serious objection in allowing this petition.

4. Hence, this petition is allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title of the writ petition.
