According to the petitioner he is an handicapped person and he lost his wife and one of his daughter is mentally retarded.

2.The petitioner would state that he was appointed as Sweeper in Animal Husbandry Department and due to allergic he was admitted in the hospital on several occasions. Therefore, he send a representation on 05.11.2015 to the respondents seeking to transfer him to some other office. Since, the representation was not considered, the petitioner filed the present writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.Rani Selvam, Additional Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
