Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition (d) the petitioner shall report between the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.8316 of 2021 dated 15.06.2021 passed by this Hon`ble Court in Crime No. 59 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.SETHUVARAYAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 15.06.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioner on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 15.06.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
