Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.V.GUNASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking exemption of Court fee for a sum of Rs.7,435/-(Rupees Seven thousand four hundred thirty five only).

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed.
