O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider his representation, dated 12.10.2015, for allotment of Shop No.H.83 on conversion basis from T/G.58 in Koyambedu Wholesale Market in Chennai.

2. The abovesaid representation of the petitioner, dated 12.10.2015, is still pending, and, since no orders have been passed thereon, the petitioner has approached this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Authority has submitted that the Authority has already passed orders in certain matters, dealing with the issue in question, but, however, he is not equipped to produce the certified copies of the said orders, before this Court.

4. Be that it as it may, since the representation of the petitioner is pending, without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 12.10.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
