O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner filed a memo stating that this Civil Revision Petition is filed against the judgment in CMA(CS).No.4 of 2006 dated 04.10.2012 on the file of the District Co-operative Tribunal, Krishnagiri and he also states that the entire surcharge amount has been recovered from the creditors. He also produced the copy of the order dated 03.06.2016 stating that the surcharge amount has been recovered from the petitioner also. To that effect the said memo and the copy of the letter dated 03.06.2016 are recorded.
