Crl.O.P.No.19089 of 2016 S.VAIDYANATHAN,J The petitioner has filed this petition seeking for anticipatory bail for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 417, 420 and 376 IPC in Crime No.2 of 2016 on the file of the respondent-Police.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The petitioner's two earlier petitions were dismissed on 02.06.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.9232 of 2016 and on 05.07.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.12823 of 2016.
4. The petitioner is said to have committed serious offences by making false promise of marrying the victim and not only siphoned off the money, but also purchased a vehicle by using the credit card of the defacto complainant, apart from having physical relationship with the victim and that the petitioner is said to have cheated the complainant and married another girl.
Hence, taking note of the serious offences said to have been committed by him, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief prayed for by the petitioner. This petition is accordingly dismissed.
