In continuation of the earlier order of this Court dated 15.03.2021, the learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner-Corporation submitted that they are willing to disburse the terminal benefits for a sum of Rs.1,77,093/-; Rs.3,08,135/- and Rs.5,963/-. The learned counsel also submitted that insofar as the disbursement of provident fund amount is concerned, they have preferred an appeal before a Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court, which is pending.
2. The learned counsel for the second respondent seeks time to file a calculation memo with regard to the entitlement of the terminal benefits.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner-Corporation, the second respondent herein is at liberty to approach the petitioner-Corporation for the purpose of receiving the amounts offered today.
