This contempt petition is filed to punish the respondent for not obeying the order of this Court dated 04.04.2006 made in W.P.No.31863 of 2004.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that the order of this Court dated 04.04.2006 has been complied with by the respondent in the year 2015 itself. The learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued in Na.Ka.No.N3/23564/2014, dated 12.01.2015 before this Court.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader and the copy of proceedings in

Na.Ka.No.N3/23564/2014, dated 12.01.2015, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
