O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed challenging the summon, dated 19.08.2020 issued by the 1st respondent to appear for enquiry of the proceedings initiated under Section 145 Cr.P.C.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that pursuant to the summon issued by the 1st respondent, both the parties appeared before the 1st respondent/Tahsildar and by order dated 22.10.2020, the 1st respondent directed the parties to approach the Civil Court,

since no order can be passed by the 1st respondent. He further submitted that presently, no enquiry is pending on the file of the 1st respondent. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
