The petitioner herein has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider his representation dated 15.05.2023 and pass necessary orders.

2. According to the petitioner, the properties lying in Survey Nos.22/3, 22/2, 17/2, 13/2 and 60/1 situated at Vattambakkam Village, Sriperumbudhur Taluk, Kancheepuram District originally belongs to his father Gopal. After death of his father, there was family arrangement in his family on 25.03.2000. The family arrangement was acted upon and the brothers already alienated portion of the properties allotted to them under the family arrangement. The petitioner sent a representation to the 3rd respondent dated 15.05.2023 requesting the 3rd respondent to register the properties allotted to him and his brothers under the family arrangement.

3. Since the representation of the petitioner was not considered by the 3rd respondent, he has come by way of this writ petition.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 2/4

respondents, on instructions, submits that the petitioner has not filed any document before the 3rd respondent/Sub Registrar for registration and hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition cannot be granted.

5. If the petitioner wants to have a registered document in respect of the family arrangement already entered into in their family, it is for him to prepare the written document evidencing the earlier family arrangement and present it before the 3rd respondent/Sub Registrar for registration. If any such partition deed is presented before the 3rd respondent for registration, he has to consider it in accordance with law.
