Crl.M.P.No.8107 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.6330 of 2023 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.6330 of 2023 dated 30.03.2023 that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the bail condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Investigating Officer on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
