ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to issue a necessary direction to the respondent herein to take action on complaint, more particularly the compliant dated 26.07.2021 given by the petitioner to the respondent, acknowledged in C.S.R.No.123 of 2021, by registering the FIR against the persons named in the complaint.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 26.07.2021, a case in Crime No.35 of 2021 has been registered by the respondent for the offences under Sections 294(b), 341, 147, 323, 506(ii) of I.P.C.
