When it was pointed out that an association cannot file a Writ Petition seeking relief which is personal to its members, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to individual members to pursue their legal remedy in this regard and has made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting such liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
