This petition has been filed to relax the condition in Paragraph 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9020 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023 that "the first petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the D-1 Triplicane Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9020 of 2023 dated 28.04.2023 is modified to the effect that the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
