Earlier, this Court, vide order dated 02.08.2022, has given a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the case in M.C.No.306 of 2020 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Now, the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai has sought for further extension of time to dispose of the M.C.No.306 of 2020.

2. Accordingly, time is extended and the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the M.C.No.306 of 2020 within a period of two months from today.
