ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction not to harass the petitioners.
2. The contention of the petitioners is that the first petitioner has procured vehicle loan from Shriram Transport Finance Co., Ltd and repaying the loan amounts regularly. Due to Covid-19, Pandemic situation, he was not able to pay the monthly dues. For which, the 4th responder has lodged a complaint against him before the 2nd respondent police and the first petitioner appeared before the 2nd respondent on 14.08.2021 and informed about the arbitration proceedings pending between the parties. Despite that, the 2nd respondent police is harassing the petitioner to surrender the vehicles to the respondents 3 and 4 and also threatening the petitioner and his family members. Hence, the present petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 an 2 would submit that on the complainant given by the 4th respondent, CSR No.677 of 2021 has been assigned on 10.08.2021, in which, enquiry has been conducted and closed on 14.08.2021.
4. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the Criminal Original Petition is closed accordingly.
