This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation made through registered post on 07.04.2025 by the petitioner to the respondents based on the order of 3rd Respondent in Proceedings No.Na.ka.1084/ 2020/ AA2 dated 18.08.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.04.2025, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No 2/4

costs.
