Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, pleased to direct the third respondent police to grant an adequate police protection to the petitioner's accessing pathway to his land to an extent of 51.75 cents, comprised in Survey No.94/1, situated at Ernapuram Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District, by initiating appropriate actions against the accused persons based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.07.2021 on the file of the third respondent police i.e, from the Inspector of Police, Magudanchavadi Police Station, Salem District.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the third respondent police to grant an adequate police protection to the petitioner's accessing pathway to his land to an extent of 51.75 cents, comprised in Survey No.94/1, situated at Ernapuram Village, Sankari Taluk, Salem District, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by initiating appropriate actions against the accused persons based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 29.07.2021 on the file of the third respondent police.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
