O R D E R

This writ petitions have been filed seeking for writ of mandamus directing the respondents to complete the enquiry proceedings initiated against the petitioner in Ref.No.DC4/61576/2011-6 dated 28.05.2012 and Ref.No.DC4/4400/2013-2 dated 26.02.2013 respectively. 2.Heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.Anandhamurthy, learned counsel for the respondents.

3.Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions submitted that the enquiry will be completed within a period of six months.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the first respondent is directed to complete the disciplinary proceedings and pass final orders within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above observation, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
