ORDER

Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to register the case on the complaint given by the petitioner on 29.11.2014 and consequently, take action as per law against the accused, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the said complaint of the petitioner was enquired and closed by the respondent police and also submitted that a copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

In view of the above, this petition is closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
