This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed appellants 2 and 3 and also the 2nd respondent herein as legal representatives of deceased sole appellant.

2. Mr. P.Rajesh, learned counsel for petitioners/appellants submitted that pending appeal, the sole appellant died on 20.04.2019. Hence, he has filed the above petition.

3. Despite the notice served on the 1st respondent and her name also printed in the cause list, there is no representation on the side of 1st respondent. Notice sent to 2nd respondent returned unserved with an endorsement "unclaimed".

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit, this petition allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the sole appellant are impleaded as appellants 2 and 3 and 2nd respondent in the above Second Appeal.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 22.08.2022. 04.08.2022 rpp https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
