This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the notice issued by the second respondent in and by its proceedings C.No.IV/16/146/2004 arrears, dated 03.07.2013, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents not to take any steps for recovery of the alleged Central Excise dues from the petitioner.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner died and though they have taken steps, they are unable to trace out the legal representatives.

3. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
